Wysoka 2 estate was built following the earlier Wysoka 1 estate. It is a modern and harmoniously designed residential complex. It was built in the outskirts of Wroclaw, between Oltaszyn and Partynice, in Wysoka, Kobierzyce community, on Bajeczna Street.
The estate consists of six buildings of different construction up to three floors. In the multifamily house with four staircases, there are 8 flats of 57 -105 sqm. The flats in terraced houses have on average 90 -150 sqm.
A terrace or/and a balcony, and a parking place in the multiple user underground garage are assigned to each apartment. There is a playground in the estate. In and around the estate there is a lot of green areas. The estate also has the excellent transport links to Wroclaw. There are shopping centres such as Auchan, Tesco and Ikea in its proximity. In the vicinity there is a direct entrance to A4 Motorway, and to Wroclaw Motorway Bypass, which is currently under the construction.
